RESULTS DRIVEN APPROACH.
There is great joy in loving what you do and knowing in your heart that you will do your best. I am passionate about my coaching program, and I will provide to all my athletes what they need to reach their personal and professional goals, as well as provide training opportunities that will be unique and athletically positive.
MY ATHLETES COME FIRST.
There is nothing too small to overlook in any situation when you are working with athletes. Snowboarding is an action sport, which takes a lot of confidence, practice, passion, mental preparation, and perseverance.

COMMITMENT TO LEGACY & CREATIVITY.
Working with athletes that love what they do, makes it a self-fulfilling work environment where to be the best is not a question or aspiration, but a fundamental to what we believe is a realizable outcome.
“Elijah’s coaching helps get me closer to my dream. He understands me and coaches in a way that’s most beneficial for my style.”
AYUMU HIRANO. Silver Olympic Medal, Pyeongchang, South Korea 2018 / Silver Olympic Medal, Sochi 2014
“My brother Elijah is one of the best coaches I’ve ever had! He use to be a pro rider himself so his knowledge in snowboarding is very trustworthy! Sometimes it’s even jUst about having someone with good energy by your side, and he’s definitely got that to the maximum!”
HANNAH TETER. Gold Olympic Medal, Torino, Italy 2006 / Silver Olympic Vancouver, Canada 2010
“Over the past couple years I have gotten to work with Elijah as my coach, I feel like we always made sure it was FUN on the mountain but in the end would get sh*t done! Its been a blast being able to work with him and can’t wait for the seasons to come!”
KAITLYN FARRINGTON. Gold Olympic Medal, Sochi, Rusia 2014
“Elijah is someone who truly understands snowboarding and the mental aspect of being an athlete. Since he has been a top level himself, he has great knowledge and is constantly learning and challenging himself as a coach. He really pays attention to the athlete’s body, mind, and of course their individual goals. He is one of the best I have ever worked with ever.”
